Für die Daten in einer MontageAssist-Installation ist Fragon Studios verantwortlich. Fragon Studios stellt die Software bereit und führt Löschungen in ihrem Auftrag durch. Mehr dazu in der Datenschutzerklärung.

1. Löschung beantragen

Als Monteurin oder Monteur

1. Schreib an das Büro deiner Firma, oder per E-Mail an Fragon Studios: office@fragonstudios.com.
2. Gib deinen Namen, deine Firma und die Telefonnummer an, mit der du MontageAssist über WhatsApp nutzt.
3. Wir prüfen, dass der Antrag von dir kommt, und erledigen ihn innerhalb eines Monats (Art. 12 Abs. 3 DSGVO). Du bekommst eine Bestätigung.

Als Firma

1. Der Admin kann einzelne Konten unter Benutzer deaktivieren und Telefonnummern entfernen; danach bekommt diese Nummer keine Antworten mehr.
2. Für die endgültige Löschung einzelner Personen oder der ganzen Installation schreibt die Firma an office@fragonstudios.com.

2. Was gelöscht wird

• Konto, Profil, Telefonnummer und Sprache.
• Chats mit dem Assistenten und die zugehörigen WhatsApp-Nachrichten-IDs.
• Weitergeleitete Fragen und die Antworten des Büros darauf.
• Fotos und Meldungen, soweit keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht oder ein offener Rechtsstreit entgegensteht.
• Einträge im Protokoll (Audit-Log), die dich betreffen, soweit sie nicht als Nachweis nötig sind.

Unabhängig von einem Antrag löscht MontageAssist Chats, abgeschlossene Weiterleitungen und Protokolleinträge automatisch nach den Fristen, die die Firma eingestellt hat (siehe Speicherdauer).

3. WhatsApp-Verbindung trennen

Trennt der Admin die WhatsApp-Nummer auf der Seite WhatsApp in MontageAssist, löscht die Installation das gespeicherte Zugangs-Token und meldet sich bei Meta vom Webhook der Nummer ab. Die IDs der Nummer und des WhatsApp-Business-Kontos werden mit der Verbindung entfernt.

4. Daten bei Meta

Nachrichten über WhatsApp laufen auch über Meta. Was Meta selbst speichert, richtet sich nach den Richtlinien von Meta und WhatsApp; MontageAssist kann es nicht löschen. Informationen dazu: WhatsApp-Datenschutzrichtlinie (EWR).

The controller for the data in a MontageAssist installation is Fragon Studios. Fragon Studios provides the software and carries out deletions on its behalf. See the privacy policy for details.

1. How to request deletion

As a technician

1. Contact the office of your company, or email Fragon Studios at office@fragonstudios.com.
2. State your name, your company and the phone number you use with MontageAssist on WhatsApp.
3. We verify that the request comes from you and complete it within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR). You will receive a confirmation.

As a company

1. The admin can deactivate individual accounts and remove phone numbers under Benutzer (Users); that number then no longer receives answers.
2. For final deletion of individual people or of the whole installation, the company emails office@fragonstudios.com.

2. What is deleted

• Account, profile, phone number and language.
• Chats with the assistant and the related WhatsApp message IDs.
• Questions forwarded to the office and the office’s answers.
• Photos and reports, unless a statutory retention duty or a pending legal dispute requires keeping them.
• Audit log entries about you, unless they are needed as evidence.

Independently of any request, MontageAssist automatically deletes chats, closed forwarded questions and audit log entries after the periods the company has set (see Retention).

3. Disconnecting WhatsApp

When the admin disconnects the WhatsApp number on the WhatsApp page in MontageAssist, the installation deletes the stored access token and unsubscribes from the number’s webhook at Meta. The IDs of the number and the WhatsApp Business Account are removed together with the connection.

4. Data held by Meta

Messages sent through WhatsApp also pass through Meta. Data that Meta stores itself is governed by Meta’s and WhatsApp’s policies; MontageAssist cannot delete it. See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy (EEA).
